How Twinn Digital collects, uses, and protects information when you visit twinndigital.com or contact us — in plain English.

Effective date: October 2026

Who we are

Twinn Digital is a drone surveying and aerial imaging company based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect through twinndigital.com (the “site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@twinndigital.com or text (310) 243-6223.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide them) phone number and company name.
  • Project details— the services you're interested in, your timeline, the project location, and anything you write in the message field.

Your submission is sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. We also attach a randomly generated reference number to each inquiry and, if you reached our site by clicking one of our Google ads, the Google click identifier (GCLID) stored in your browser, so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries.

If you email or text us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your email address or mobile number.

Text messages (SMS)

When you text us, or give us your mobile number and agree to be texted about your inquiry, we use your number and messages only to respond to you about your project. Texts are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the tools below automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage the analytics and advertising tags described below.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and whether someone submits the contact form or taps our phone number. It uses cookies and similar identifiers.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors scroll, click, and move through our pages. We use them to find and fix usability problems. Clarity uses cookies, and the data is processed by Microsoft.

When you submit the contact form, we also send Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity the services and timeline you selected and the state of your project location — not your name, email address, phone number, or message.

Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing

Conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads later submits our contact form or taps our phone number, so we can measure which ads work. Remarketing lets Google show our ads to people who have previously visited our site, on other websites and Google services. Both use cookies.

Enhanced conversions:when you submit the contact form, the Google tag on our site may take the email address and phone number you entered, normalize them, and convert them into a one-way hash (SHA-256) in your browser before sending them to Google. Google uses these hashed values to match the submission to ad interactions so we can measure ad performance more accurately. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and send a scope and estimate.
  • To plan, carry out, and follow up on projects.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The main cookies set through our site are listed below. Names can change as these providers update their tools, and Google and Microsoft may also set cookies on their own domains.

Your choices and how to opt out

  • Browser settings— you can block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in your browser's settings. The contact form still works if you do.
  • Google ads — turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center, and see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Google Analytics — install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Microsoft Clarity — block or delete the Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk) in your browser or use a content blocker. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles Clarity data.
  • Do Not Track— our site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. To opt out, use the options above or contact us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run the site and our business: our website hosting provider, Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text messaging), Google (tag management, analytics, and advertising), and Microsoft (Clarity).
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Under California law, allowing Google to use cookies on our site for remarketing may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below.

How long we keep information

  • Inquiries and project email — kept as long as needed to respond, complete the project, and meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
  • Google Analytics — user-level data is kept for no more than 14 months.
  • Google Ads cookies — the _gcl_* cookies expire after 90 days unless you clear them sooner.
  • Microsoft Clarity— kept for a limited period under Microsoft's retention schedule; session recordings are generally available for about 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and contact form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to — and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described above: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address, and cookie IDs), professional information (company name), project details you provide, internet activity (how you use the site), and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect them from you, from your browser or device, and from the providers listed above, for the purposes described in “How we use information.” We do not collect sensitive personal information through the site.

How to make a request: email info@twinndigital.comwith the subject line “California Privacy Request” (or “Do Not Sell or Share” to opt out), or text (310) 243-6223. Tell us which right you want to exercise. To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching details you give us — such as your name and the email address you used to contact us — with the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and ask you to verify your identity. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by California law.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
